Every store’s orders in one list
Orders from each connected Shopify store come in by themselves. If the stores stop answering, Fultraq shows it in red.
Every new order checked first
In Order Review, a person checks each new order before any shipping money is spent, with warnings for a doubtful phone number, a possible duplicate or a thin address.
Stock and packing
Stock that is right in every store
Each order claims its stock as it arrives. Every store is sent the number left to sell, so several stores can share one shelf without overselling.
Labels and picking lists from one batch
The picking list and the labels print in the same order. Each label shows the amount to collect, and packing refuses if the shelf is short.
Couriers and returns
Couriers booked in bulk
PostEx, Leopards and Trax are booked directly, with no portal to log in to. Any other courier, or your own riders, is worked by hand.
Returns back on the shelf
Returned parcels are scanned in and opened against their orders. Good items go back on the shelf, and a return never counts as a sale.
Money
Courier money, checked parcel by parcel
Each courier’s payment file is uploaded and matched to its parcels. Short payments, double charges and unpaid parcels are found, not missed.
What each order and each month made
Margins use the real cost of the goods and, once the courier has paid, its real charge. Each month adds up into one profit and loss.

Cash on delivery

Delivery isn’t always the end.

With cash on delivery, a delivered parcel means the courier is holding your money. It arrives days or weeks later, in a lump sum, with charges and tax taken off.

Delivered is a status.

Settled is an outcome.

Fultraq follows each parcel until a courier has paid for it. Not paid yet lists the delivered parcels no courier has paid for, and the day the money lands in the bank is recorded.
